Cultivating Connected, Collaborative Climates for Teams

Help wanted! Not only to fill important positions but to cultivate an atmosphere where people work together, connecting and supporting each other towards a common goal. We will examine how to support teams as we work through climate changes within agencies/districts and programs. We will look at current work trends and explore how to cultivate an atmosphere that blends with the field of early education and allows us to model connecting with others, collaborating, and working as a team.
