Cultivating Trainers With an Internal Understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to Build Respectful Relationships With Adult Learners

In this session, we will dig deep into of diversity, equity, and inclusion within ourselves as trainers to build respectful relationships with adult learners. Trainers will be challenged to reflect on their own culture, biases, and stereotypes, and will be given strategies to address and redefine these topics to prepare for and train adult learners. This will be a safe space to have uncomfortable discussions, ask questions, and gain insight from each other for creating respectful learning experiences for adult learners.
