Creating Intentional Daily Routine Schedules for Infants and Toddlers

In an active learning program, infants’ and toddlers’ day is full of many different events: group times, outside times, feedings, and naps. Finding the balance between an overall schedule that while fitting the individual caregiving needs of children can be overwhelming, but it is possible! In this session we will look at the elements of daily schedules and caregiving routines for infants and toddlers, the benefits of a predictable yet flexible schedule, and how to create a schedule that meets the needs of all the children in your classroom.
